Through food service skills training and job placement assistance, CCG supports individuals facing employment barriers as they work to gain new skills and achieve self-sufficiency. Through in-prison programs, CCG supports incarcerated individuals as they build employable skills before release. Recognizing food service industry labor shortages — and that formerly incarcerated people are often passed over for job opportunities — CCG makes second chance hiring a mutually beneficial business strategy.
